How active365 works
active365 is the daily app for a healthy life – no matter when, where or how you want to boost your health.
Collect and redeem points
Reward yourself for leading a healthy lifestyle. It couldn’t be easier: download the app and collect points. And if you have supplementary insurance with CSS, you have flexibility in how you use the activePoints you’ve collected: You can exchange the points for vouchers for enjoy365 or for offers from our partners, donate them to a good cause or have the amount paid out directly. If you’d like to have the points paid out, you need at least 300 – except for partner offers.

The active365 app works on smartphones with iOS 15 and Android 9.0 or later operating systems.
Tip: The active365 app is only available in the Google Play Stores or App Stores in Switzerland. You may have to change your country settings in order to download it.

Our content is tailored to your personal needs and goals and is simple to use.
Take part from age 16
You can start using active365 from age 16. Your legal representative must give their consent until you come of age.
How many activePoints you can earn
Our points calculator tells you how many activePoints you can collect every day. Answer 10 questions to find out what your points add up to. Points are valid until the end of the following calendar year. Points collected by 31 December 2025 are valid until 31 December 2026.
Easy to connect to a tracker
Our active365 app can be synchronised with Apple Health, Google Fit and various trackers or fitness wristbands. Connect your tracker with Google Fit (for Android) or Apple Health (for iPhone). These can then be chosen as tracking apps in active365.
Data transmission may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. CSS has no influence over this.
Frequently asked questions
You can collect activePoints for the following activities:
- Daily: Walk 7,500 steps and complete at least one exercise on active365.
- Weekly: Achieve 300 minutes of exercise, 90 minutes of mindfulness and 20 minutes of education.
- Monthly: Complete two programmes and four activeMissions.
- Annually: Submit two evidences of health checks, prevention and social commitment as well as four proofs of a membership in a gym or sports club.
Important: please note the terms of use of the active365 app, section F (activePoints). The activities and actions named in the example lead to the specified amount in accordance with the number of points currently earned and the conversion rate. The operator eTherapists GmbH reserves the right to make changes or to discontinue the app at any time.
You need supplementary insurance or property insurance from CSS. Insurance lasting for a duration of less than 360 days (e.g. travel insurance for 17 or 31 days) is excluded.
No. For your security, active365 and myCSS are completely separate. You need a separate login.
eTherapists GmbH operates active365. It processes all detail data that you provide to active365. In other words, it saves the daily sessions and programmes you complete (interactions within the app). However, it can never assign this data to a specific person without your assistance. The app also captures the activeID (anonymised for eTherapists) along with the device type, operating system, version and dynamic IP address of the smartphone used.
CSS processes the activeID, the date and the completion of activities (daily session, programme, missions, etc.), the category (exercise, nutrition, mindfulness) and the subcategory for the purpose of awarding activePoints.
