Everything you need to know about changing medical practice

Simply check whether the new doctor you have chosen is recognised under your model, then notify us online. We recommend that you also register with the new medical practice directly. That way, you’ll be sure of getting treatment quickly and without any hassle.

When is it possible to change?

It is always possible to change doctor from the first day of the following month if that doctor’s practice is recognised under the same model.

Medical practice not found

Can’t find your doctor's practice? That means it probably doesn’t qualify under this insurance model. You can also change model. A change of model is usually possible from the next 1 January.

New doctor or new model

Sometimes you want to change more than just your doctor. CSS offers five models for you to choose from: family doctor model, Multimed, HMO model, Telmed and free choice of doctor. Find the basic insurance that’s right for you.
