If you change from paying monthly or semi-annually to paying once a year, you’ll enjoy a 0.25% discount. You can make the change from the next month for which you haven’t already received a statement.
You can change from annual to monthly payment at any time. Let us know using the form. If you’ve already received a statement for the full year, we’ll send you a new statement.
You can change your payment account at any time. It’s really easy to do in myCSS. The new account applies to the whole family. The change must be approved by the person responsible for paying premiums.
